FPT launches new F5 Long Block range for off-road applications

On 14 September 2026, FPT Industrial launched the new F5 Long Block range for off-road vehicles. It joins the existing F1A and F1C Long Blocks for on-road applications.

Produced in FPT's Foggia (Italy) and Garchizy (France) plants using only original components, the F5 Long Block is a semi-complete engine and a cost-effective, high-quality repair option: components from the old engine are transferred to the replacement unit. It fits a wider range of off-road engine configurations than a complete engine, which simplifies stock and cuts machine downtime.

Included: crank train (cylinder block, crankshaft, pistons, conrods), oil pan, balancing weight, front gear housing, flywheel housing, complete cylinder head, camshaft, timing gears, high-pressure pump, oil pump and strainer, oil filler cap, fan drive support and PTO cover.
